terzospazio dispensa volume 4: Abitare l’interferenza

 

Duo artist residency and exhibition with Miriam Del Seppia

During their residency in terzospazio, the artists interacted with each other and with the lagoon environment, reflecting on the ways of creating connections with the other, moving away from the idea of “human” as an entity closed in on itself. Contemporary ecosystems, as Anna Tsing points out, are polyphonic, disordered and precarious assemblages. These characteristics inspire the work of the artists who embrace chaos and the impossibility of planning the outcome of their creative processes. During their cohabitation of the space, they experimented with new forms of collaboration with the landscape, offering us the opportunity to reconsider it in its multiple expressive potential. Through forms of coordination, assembly and re-assembly of new and pre-existing fragments, organic and non-organic, they told us stories in which the narration itself is an act of perpetual curiosity, like a walk in the woods.

The installation they proposed in terzospazio was part of that process.
